I hope to get a picture of my children on my mantelpiece. I want a 20x24 black and white. I called a little research, unframed, and I'm looking for more than $ 100. I wonder whether I had taken a picture at home and took it to be modified or expanded in black and white in a place like Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Sam's Club, etc. would be a good thing? Or it was totally out of focus and blurry?
